葉約翰（John Y.H. Yieh）
耶魯大學新約學博士，美國維吉尼亞神學院 (Virginia Theological Seminary) 茉莉道恩斯新約講座教授 (The Molly Laird Downs Chair Professor of New Testament)；曾到劍橋大學與普林斯頓神學院當訪問學者，並兩度在香港中文大學崇基神學院任客座教授。
葉教授曾任聖經文學協會 (SBL) 大西洋中區理事長和華裔聖經研究學會 (ECBC) 會長,經常受邀到美國、英國、台灣、香港及中國的大學與神學院演講，現任〈聖經（新標點和合本）研讀本系列〉計劃顧問與新約編輯。
主要著作包括：One Teaher: Jesus' teaching Role in Matthew's Gospel Report (de Gruyter, 2004)；Making Sense of the Sermonon the Mount (Grove, 2007)；Revelation (Abongdon, 2011)： ,Lord's Prayer (Oxford Bibliographies Online, 2103)
