作者介紹
Dr. YC Chen

holds a Bachelor's in Architecture, an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Development, and a PhD in Educational Neuroscience. She has nine years of experience as a corporate manager and OD trainer in the US, and over a decade managing multi-national teams in Southeast Asia and China. Dr. Chen is also a published author, certified counselor, and life coach. Recently, she joined Bridge International Refugee Services, an NGO dedicated to supporting and empowering refugees.
